REACH

Phoenix Electronics Distribution is aware of REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemical substances).

We have contacted our suppliers and to the best of our knowledge none of the articles that we sell contain any of the 18 substances currently on the SVHC candidate list.

Registration is required for companies that either produce or import any of these substances in volumes which exceed 1 tonne. As we do not exceed this amount Phoenix Electronics Distribution is not required to register

RoHs Compliance

Conflict Materials

As an ethically aware company that is a supplier to many major companies we are aware of the requirements set out in Section 1502 of the “Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act”.

Phoenix Electronics works closely with all of our suppliers to ensure to the best of our knowledge we are not distributing any products that contain “Conflict Minerals” or products which use “Conflict Minerals” in their manufacturing processes.

If we become aware of any products that are affected we will communicate this information on to the relevant customers.

We will, on request, supply Statements of Conformance from any of the manufacturers that we distribute for.
